On cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take time between one(1) - to two(2) weeks to show refund back on your preferred payment method. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on billing cycle of our payment books and processing time of the bank. The refund depends on numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees etc. In case the reservation is not confirmed, we will not charge you anything on your payment made and release the whole amount if any that was held on it immediately. Now after we do this, it will still take one(1) - to two(2) weeks for the hotel to process the refund and to show the refunded amount on your preferred account.
Please make advance reservation via telephone or book online to ensure room availability. Advance in Cash or deposit /online Payment is mandatory to obtain the confirmed reservation. Rates displayed online are not guaranteed until the confirmation voucher is generated. The rates are generally dynamic in nature. Once a rate is selected and transaction is executed by you, no other rate is applicable either higher or lower and enforce no refund is admissible. The estimated cost for stay includes the confirmed room rate, the estimated taxes, and estimated fees. Currency conversions are estimates and are provided as information only. The bill on check out for stay shall be charged in the hotel’s local currency. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the reservation if it appears, at sole discretion of the hotel, that a guest is engaged in fraudulent, illegal or other inappropriate activity or the reservation is obtained fraudulently or with any intention or mistake or error. All extra services & amenities not part of this offer will be available at an on additional charge only. Rates may change without notice and may vary for special events except for confirmed reservation against the advance payment. All rates are subject to prevailing local taxes as applicable on room tariff & services opted.
Normal occupancy permits maximum two people per room. Additional person (if room size permits) is charge extra as per prevalent rate of the Hotel. If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the hotels and will be charged for the entire reservation. If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at the hotel, please, urgently, contact us to keep the room for you for the rest of the nights. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund admissible.
1. Making an order through our website: The customer will place orders on the website of Blue Mirage Hotel, by registering an account with us. Afterwards, he will get a verification e-mail that will be sent to the e-mail address entered by the customer during the registration process.
2. Making a reservation through the website or request booking by phone: unless decided otherwise by the Blue Mirage Hotel - the customer may place the entire reservation on the Blue Mirage Hotel website and submit. In this case, a booking confirmation will be sent to the Blue Mirage Hotel Reservation Point only after submitting the booking details. A representative of the Blue Mirage Hotel will contact the customer within 3 working days of the initial registration during the hours of operation of the reservations department of the Blue Mirage Hotel: Any day from 08:00 - 18: 00. It will be clarified that there is no obligation that the booking will be made and that there will be space available for the hotel rooms that the customer requested to make at the time of contacting him to take to rectify any critical issue. Upon receipt of the booking confirmation by the Blue Mirage Hotel after providing complete information, his order will be considered as having been placed.
2.1. It will be clarified that the information details provided on the website of Blue Mirage Hotel and / or given to its representatives by telephone are used to secure the reservation only and the payment will only be charged upon arrival at the actual hotel, except for non-cancellable bookings the order will be charged immediately after it’s placed.
2.2. The date of making a change or cancellation in the booking request will be subject to the provisions of the hotel regulations, including the Guest/Consumer Protection Regulations as they may be at any time. Regarding a transaction made remotely - the cancellation can be made within a day of making the reservation provided that the cancellation is made at least within our business days (non-rest days) before the date intended for arrival at the hotel. After this date it will not be possible to cancel or change the order, and the customer will be charged in full according to the original order for any change / cancellation / shortening / non-arrival / delay.
2.3. In the event of cancellation of a transaction on the above dates, Blue Mirage Hotel will be entitled to charge a cancellation fee, as stipulated per our regulations and the cancellation fee is 5% of the total booking amount.).
2.4. Blue Mirage Hotel may set different and longer dates for cancellation / change / shortening of bookings - provided that this information is published in advance before the booking is made, and subject to the management decision.
Official or Normal check in time is 12:00 PM. For late arrivals, please call for instructions on the procedure for arrival after 6:00 PM. Early check-in and check-out is available by prior arrangement only i.e. subject to availability and prior intimation and confirmation only.
